Bago ka makapag-request ng mga serbisyo o form, kailangan mo munang mag-submit ng iyong Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Profile.

1. Mag-login sa iyong account.
2. Pumunta sa iyong Profile Settings sa kanang bahagi ng navigation bar.
3. I-click ang Citizen Profiling tab at punan ang lahat ng kinakailangang impormasyon.
4. I-upload ang kinakailangang valid ID o dokumento at i-submit. Hintayin ang approval ng mga SK Admin.

Before you can request services or forms, you need to submit your Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Profile.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to your Profile Settings located at the right side of the navigation bar.
3. Click on the Citizen Profiling tab and fill out all the necessary information.
4. Upload the required valid ID or document and submit. Wait for the approval from the SK Admins.

Upang makatanggap ng mga live alerts sa iyong phone o browser kahit nakasara ang website:

1. Pumunta sa Profile Settings at i-click ang Notification Preferences.
2. Hanapin ang Push Notifications card.
3. I-click ang Enable Push Notifications. May lalabas na browser prompt, i-click ang "Allow".
4. Makatatanggap ka na ngayon ng mga banner notifications tungkol sa mga updates at announcements.

To receive live alerts on your phone or browser even when the website is closed:

1. Go to Profile Settings and click on Notification Preferences.
2. Find the Push Notifications card.
3. Click Enable Push Notifications. A browser prompt will appear, click "Allow".
4. You will now receive banner notifications about updates and announcements.

Ang pag-request ng mga serbisyo ay madali at mabilis. (Siguraduhing Approved na ang iyong KK Profile!)

1. Mula sa Dashboard o Home Page, pumunta sa Services o i-click ang mismong project/initiative na gusto mo (halimbawa: Silid Karunungan).
2. I-click ang Request / Apply button na makikita sa pahina.
3. Punan ang application form at i-check ang iyong mga schedule o preferred date.
4. I-click ang Submit Request. Matatanggap mo ang iyong Tracking Reference Number.

Requesting services is easy and fast. (Make sure your KK Profile is Approved!)

1. From the Dashboard or Home Page, go to Services or click on the specific project/initiative you want (e.g., Silid Karunungan).
2. Click the Request / Apply button found on the page.
3. Fill out the application form and verify your schedules or preferred date.
4. Click Submit Request. You will receive your Tracking Reference Number.

Para malaman kung ano na ang estado ng iyong request:

1. Pumunta sa Track Request menu sa navigation bar.
2. Ipasok ang iyong ibinigay na Reference Number (e.g., SK-REQ-0001).
3. Lalabas ang kasalukuyang status ng iyong form (Pending, Reviewed, Approved, o Rejected) kasama ang mga kumento o mensahe mula sa admin.
4. Pwede mo ring tingnan ang lahat ng iyong requests kung pupunta ka sa My Requests tab sa loob ng iyong profile.

To check the current status of your request:

1. Go to the Track Request menu in the navigation bar.
2. Enter your given Reference Number (e.g., SK-REQ-0001).
3. The current status of your form will appear (Pending, Reviewed, Approved, or Rejected) along with any comments or messages from the admin.
4. You can also view all your requests by going to the My Requests tab inside your profile.

Ang Sangguniang Kabataan ng Namayan ay nagpapahalaga sa katapatan at transparency:

1. Maaari mong ma-access ang mga pampublikong ulat at pondo sa ilalim ng Transparency page mula sa pangunahing menu.
2. Dito naka-post ang mga accomplishment reports, budget allocations, at resibo ng mga nakaraang proyekto.
3. Ang lahat ng mga dokumento ay maaari ring ma-download bilang PDF para sa mas malinaw na pagbasa.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Namayan values honesty and transparency:

1. You can access public reports and funds under the Transparency page from the main menu.
2. Accomplishment reports, budget allocations, and receipts of past projects are posted here.
3. All documents can also be downloaded as PDFs for clearer reading.
